Meet Flourish | Catholic Mentoring

Elegant Flourish logo displayed on textured white cotton paper with deckled edges. The word “Flourish” appears in navy script with a delicate blush floral branch above it. Beneath the logo, blush serif text reads “By Catholic Sistas Foundress Martina Kreitzer,” accented by a subtle hand-drawn flourish line. The design features a refined paper texture and soft shadow for a timeless, feminine aesthetic.

Jerusalem first. Then everything else.

For the first time in thirty years, I don’t have kids at home during the school day.

Let that sink in for a second, because it still catches me off guard.

I have eight children. My oldest is thirty, my youngest is six. In between there is a son headed to the Marines, a daughter who has nannied multiple times internationally, a grandchild or two underfoot, three miscarried babies I pray I will meet in heaven, and four kids still needing me fully present every single day. We homeschooled for more than a decade. I have run a household of ten on a budget, a prayer, and many various methods that still didn’t survive Advent.

I know what it costs to build something in the middle of a life that does not pause for your content calendar.

Which is exactly why I built Flourish – a one-on-one Catholic mentoring table for women who are building something real in the middle of a life that demands everything else first.

I am not going to hand you a framework

I am going to listen for the red thread in your story and help you uncover what is most valuable to your family right here, right now.

Because here is what nobody in the Catholic entrepreneurship space is talking about: the unglamorous infrastructure of a woman’s life – the laundry, the grocery run, the carpool – is exactly where the hidden time lives and where the hidden chaos drains it.

Before we talk platforms or content strategy or pricing, we are going to talk about whether the laundry has a day. Whether the grocery run is eating three hours or thirty minutes. Whether the way your week is actually structured has any margin left in it for the thing you are trying to build – or whether you are running on fumes and wondering why you can’t get traction.

This is not black and white advice. I am not going to hand you my morning routine and tell you to copy it. I am going to sit with you in the spilt flour and the cheerios and help you find the pockets of time and clarity that are already there, hiding in the least obvious places.

That is where we start. Everything else grows from there.

You are not just building a business

You are a wife, a mother, a woman of faith – and somewhere in the middle of all of that, you are also trying to build something. A business, a blog, a platform, a ministry-adjacent something that keeps pulling at you no matter how many times you tell yourself you do not have time.

The problem is not that you lack ambition or ideas. The truth is that almost everything out there was built for someone else. Generic business coaching does not account for the Advent season derailing your content calendar. It does not understand why you feel guilty charging for something you feel called to give. And it does not know what it costs to show up consistently online while also running a household, raising children, tending a marriage, and staying rooted in a faith that shapes everything.

I do.

I am Martina Kreitzer, foundress of Catholic Sistas – a community I have been building from my home, by my hands and the hands of many friends and writers, for well over a decade. What started as a conversation among faithful women became a platform of more than 100,000 across every major channel, grown entirely through organic strategy rooted in the same faith that started it all. I have done this as a wife, a mother, and a woman who has walked through some of the hardest seasons a woman can walk through – including burying three babies – and kept building anyway. Not in spite of all of that. Because of it.

I built Flourish because the friend I just described did not exist when I needed her. She does now. For you.

What Flourish actually looks like

Flourish is not a coaching program with modules and milestones. It is not a course you work through on your own. It is a one-on-one mentoring relationship built entirely around you – your life, your calling, your specific season, and whatever is actually standing between you and the thing you are trying to build.

We begin where most people never think to look: the systems and rhythms of your actual household. Because a business built on top of a chaotic home is a business built on sand. Before we touch strategy, we make sure the foundation is solid – or at least honest about where the cracks are.

From there, we move into the work itself.

Finding your footing in the chaos. Running a business while living a full Catholic life is not simply a scheduling problem. At its core, it is a discernment problem. Together we look at what you are actually carrying, what belongs to you and what does not, and how to build in a way that does not cost you everything else that matters.

Your voice and your message. Who are you, who are you for, and what is the thing only you can say? We work on that together in real conversation – talking until it becomes clear.

Faith and work as one thing. This is the heart of it. We look at how your Catholic identity shapes what you are building – not as a niche or a brand strategy, but as the actual foundation.

Strategy that fits your real life. Platforms, content, organic growth, consistency – we cover all of it, but always in the context of your actual capacity and your actual household. Not someone else’s ideal week. Yours.

The Journey

The first arc of Flourish is called ROOTS.

Every Flourish relationship begins with Encounter – a complimentary, unhurried conversation to see whether this is the right fit. Most women leave it with something they did not have when they got on.

If it is the right fit, we begin.

Uncover is where we go beneath the surface – what you are actually carrying, what belongs to you, and what has been quietly costing you more than you realized.

Discover is where clarity begins to take shape and the thing you came to build starts to look like something you can actually hold.

Emerge is where you leave differently than you arrived – not with a to-do list, but with a true sense of direction and the confidence that comes from having been genuinely seen.

Is Flourish for you?

You might be the right fit if you are:

  • A Catholic woman who is building something – or trying to figure out what to build – and needs a real person in your corner who actually gets the whole picture. The faith. The family. The vocation. The guilt that comes with charging for something you feel called to give.
  • Someone who has more ideas than hours and knows that what you need is not another course or template but someone to sit with you and help you figure out which thread to pull first.
  • A Catholic wife or mother trying to build something sustainable without it costing you your peace, your marriage, or your presence in your own home.
  • A woman who has the heart and the drive but knows she cannot see her own blind spots. She is not waiting to be motivated – she is already moving. She is just tired of moving in circles. Tired of figuring it out alone. Ready for someone she trusts to look at what she is building and tell her the honest truth about it.
  • A woman who is not building a business at all — but who knows something in her home, her creative life, or her daily rhythms is not working and wants a trusted person to help her figure out why.
  • A woman who has one specific thing she needs help with — a talk she has been asked to give, a room that has defeated her, a piece of writing she cannot finish, a schedule that keeps collapsing — and does not need a full mentoring relationship, just one honest conversation and a clear next step.

What Women Are Saying

“Don’t hesitate. Flourish is rooted in faith. You will feel great relief from your inner turmoil and a guided path through your current struggles.”

— Christine

“I needed someone outside of family and close friends to look at me and be honest about what I really should be doing. Having a mentor who understands what it means to be a Catholic wife, mother, and business owner at the same time is genuinely rare. I am so glad I jumped at the opportunity.”

— Jennifer Autry

Saints Hood / Terra Sancta Farms

“Martina offers a gentle approach. She takes time to get to know you and your business. She is a great listener and asks very thoughtful questions. If you feel alone in business and need a friend to talk to, this is for you.”

— Kate Frantz

“Martina has a knack for seeing through the layers and identifying what is tugging on your heart, even if you can’t yet articulate it. She helped me push through some murky feelings and actually pinpoint what was scary and holding me back, giving me the ability to move forward with more freedom.”

— Stephanie Quesnelle

Beyond Mentoring

Flourish is not only for women building businesses. It is for any woman who needs a trusted set of eyes on one corner of her life – whether that is her home, her creative work, her voice, or something she has been quietly carrying and cannot quite name. Sometimes you know exactly what you need – a brand voice that finally sounds like you, a blog post that won’t write itself, a prayer corner that does what it’s supposed to do. For that, I want to introduce you to BOUQUET – a curated menu of standalone services you can take one stem at a time.

Let’s start with a conversation

No forms. No pitch. No pressure. Just a complimentary 15-minute call to hear where you are and see whether this is the right fit. Most people leave that call with at least one thing they did not have when they got on.

Email me at flourish.cs.mk@gmail.com and let’s set up a time to talk.

Flourish is a mentoring table, not a licensed professional service. Martina Kreitzer is not a therapist, licensed counselor, spiritual director, financial advisor, or attorney. There is currently no Catholic credentialing body for this kind of work, and Flourish operates in that space honestly — as peer mentorship from someone who has built something real, made the mistakes worth learning from, and will tell you the truth. Nothing shared in a Flourish session constitutes licensed therapy, spiritual direction, professional financial advice, or legal counsel of any kind. If you need any of those things, Martina will tell you so and help you find the right person. What Flourish offers is something different — a trusted companion who takes your work, your faith, and your calling seriously.

Flourish Referral Bench

Are You a Catholic Professional Who Serves Women Entrepreneurs?

Flourish clients sometimes need more than mentoring. They need a therapist who understands the faith, a spiritual director who takes their apostolate seriously, a financial advisor who knows what mission-driven work actually looks like, or an attorney who understands the unique legal landscape of small business ownership and apostolate work. When that moment comes, I want to be able to hand them a name I trust.

I am building a curated referral bench of Catholic professionals in the following fields: licensed therapy and counseling, spiritual direction, financial advising, and attorneys who work with small business owners, entrepreneurs, and apostolate leaders. If you are practicing in one of these areas, hold to the Catholic faith, and serve clients with integrity, I would like to know about you.

This is not a paid directory. It is a vetted list I maintain personally and draw from when a Flourish client needs a warm referral. Space is limited and every submission is reviewed.
